Hawklords 2024 releases "Relativity" is described by the band as, "An exploration of perspectives as experienced within the human context of reality, and through the prism of the ever-evolving and 'all-seeing' AI (artificial intelligence)". Opening with a dystopian electronica-based poem, the album is a roller-coaster ride through space and time. The space-country groove of Speed of Light, which encourages humanity to get 'out there' and travel to the stars. The glam-space strut of Rock Star and it's tongue-in cheek swagger poking fun at the rock and roll industry, to Machine, a dark narrative of control willingly given up to the power of Artificial Intelligence and it's attendant consequences for life as we know it. The infectious, groove-laden rock and roll of New Time Zone On The Moon, a song about gravity and it's effects on time, itself. The observance of Kinematic Eye which seeks to examine those instances of creation which are otherwise inexplicable by all other means. The Raven, a gothic-edged Edgar Allen Poe/M.R. James-inspired poem about mortality, complete with a breath-taking three dimensional backdrop of electronica and location recorded soundscapes. Floating in Space gently brings the listener back to a state of grace and tranquility, to touch down once again from this truly immersive sound space. Relativity is Hawklords 11th studio album release. Hawklords - Relativity - Musik Cinematique.
