Vinyl LP pressing. A great & rare live album by Jan Hammer recorded in in Dallas in 1977. Czech-American jazz pianist, exceptional keyboarder and composer Jan Hammer is best known for his music for films and television series. In early 1977, Jan Hammer played with the Jan Hammer Group featuring Fernando Saunders (bass), Tony Smith (drums) and Steve Kindler (electric violin) of the Mahavishnu Orchestra in Dallas. Nearly 35 minutes of this concert are now being physically released for the first time on a limited vinyl edition of 750 copies. In the program: 3 tracks from the recently released albums "Melodies" and "Earth" as well as "Blue Wind" from the gold album "Jeff Beck With The Jan Hammer Group" released in March 1977.
