Re-issue of the fourth album from ultra-brutal US death metal act Disgorge. Originally released in 2005, the album 'Parallels Of Infinite Torture' has long been considered an essential example of the underground scene in the US in the early Noughties. Formed in 1992 in San Diego, California, the band released three albums prior to 'Parallels... ', eventually signing to Unique Leader Records who issued their second full length in 1999 to widespread acclaim. In 2007 the band featured in the US horror movie Paranormal Activity where they performed a track called 'Consume The Forsaken'. The band have mostly been on hiatus since 2008, following the passing of bassist Ben Marlin after a battle with cancer. Original drummer and founding member Ricky Myers has been the singer for Death Metal legends Suffocation since 2019
